Requirements
What we look for.
Active CAC license.
Florida DBPR-issued CAC, CMC, CFC, or EC certification required. Expired or inactive licenses don't clear screening.
Current insurance certificates.
General liability and Workers' Comp documents on file and active. We verify before routing any job.
Install QC pass rate ≥ 95%.
We score every completed job. Permit pull, inspection pass, timeline, and customer outcome all count toward your score.
24-hour callback responsiveness.
We route pre-qualified leads. If you're not reachable within 24 hours of a match, you'll be rotated out for that job.
