N°01

The service

NewHVACDeals is an AI-powered HVAC design-build service that connects Florida homeowners with licensed installers. You use RITA, our Claude-powered consultant, to design a system sized for your home. We then route your order to a vetted contractor in your service area who performs the actual installation under their own license and insurance.

N°02

Who we are

NewHVACDeals is operated by NewHVACDeals LLC, a Florida limited liability company. NewHVACDeals LLC is a Florida State Certified contractor (DBPR): Class A Air Conditioning license CAC1822797 and Plumbing Contractor license CFC050548. In markets outside our direct service area, installs are performed by vetted partner contractors who hold their own DBPR licenses and are independently insured.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to authorize HVAC work at the property in question. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for every action taken under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else got in.

N°04

Reservation deposits

Some reservations may require a refundable deposit after quote details are shown to the saved customer record. The deposit terms, refund window, and balance timing are disclosed before checkout. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

N°05

Final pricing and balance

Your quoted price is locked at the time of reservation. The balance (total minus deposit) is collected at installation. If the crew discovers a condition at your home that makes the quoted system impractical (e.g. undersized electrical panel, inaccessible attic), we'll stop work, refund your deposit in full, and walk you through your options. You're never billed for work you didn't approve.

Financing

If you choose to finance through Wisetack or GoodLeap, you're entering a separate loan agreement with that lender. We don't service the loan, set the terms, or control the credit decision. Read the lender's disclosures before signing. We do collect a modest referral fee from the lender — it doesn't change your rate.

Installation + workmanship

Your installer is an independent contractor licensed in Florida. They perform the work under their own license, insurance, and workmanship warranty. We stand behind every install with our own 10-year parts and labor coverage (on top of the manufacturer warranty) and a 2-year 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something goes wrong, contact us first — we fix it.

RITA recommendations

RITA's system sizing and recommendations are based on the information you share and publicly available property data. They're designed to be accurate, but they're not a substitute for an on-site Manual J load calculation, which we always perform before your install. If RITA and the on-site load calc disagree, we go with the on-site calc.

Cancellation

You can cancel any reservation before installation begins and receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for the specific windows and mechanics. There is no cancellation fee. No restocking charge. No guilt trip.

N°10

Warranty

Every install includes a 10-year parts and labor warranty, transferable to the next homeowner if you sell the property. The manufacturer's equipment warranty runs concurrently. Warranty claims are honored by your original installer first; if they're unresponsive, NewHVACDeals takes over.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to scrape the site, reverse-engineer RITA, impersonate other customers, abuse our SMS channels, or resell our services without written permission. Don't pretend to be someone you're not when reserving a system — we'll cancel the order and refund the deposit.

N°12

Intellectual property

The NewHVACDeals name, logo, RITA brand, site copy, photography, and all software are owned by NewHVACDeals LLC. You can link to us and share public pages, but please don't copy our code or rebrand our content.

N°13

Disclaimers

We provide the service "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate, reliable, and secure, but we don't guarantee specific results (energy savings, comfort outcomes, rebate amounts) beyond what's explicitly stated in your signed order. Rebate eligibility depends on your utility's rules and your home's specs — we'll tell you honestly if something is at risk of not qualifying.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, NewHVACDeals' total liability for any dispute is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost revenue, lost time, spoiled food in a broken fridge). Your installer carries their own liability insurance for on-site work.

Governing law + disputes

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida. Before filing anything, please email us at legal@newhvacdeals.com — we settle almost every issue informally within a few days.

N°16

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll email every customer with an active order and post the new version here at least 14 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the service after that counts as acceptance.
