  2. Step 02

    Tell us about your home.

    RITA, our AI, asks 22 questions that a licensed Florida installer would ask. Comfort issues. System type. Year built. Square footage. Hot rooms. Humidity problems. Takes about ten minutes.

  3. Step 03

    Upload photos.

    Outdoor unit, indoor unit, breaker panel, ductwork, return grills. Six to twelve photos. We read your system's nameplate, age, refrigerant type, and install conditions from the images.

    Phone camera is fine. We resize and analyze on our end. Photos are stored encrypted with your saved record.

  4. Step 04

    We do the math.

    Manual J heat-load calculation. County permit history. Parcel records. Prior install records. We size your system to your actual home — not a guess based on tonnage rules of thumb.
