Our six written guarantees

Six promises. In writing. Backed by Florida law.

Every install comes with the same six guarantees. No fine print. No clauses that quietly disappear when you need them.

Guarantee N°01

Nothing installs until you've seen the scope.

Most homeowners sign a contract that says “install a 3-ton Goodman.” That's it. What they get on install day is whatever the crew shows up with. We don't operate that way.

You receive a written scope — equipment model, efficiency rating, refrigerant type, permit pull, labor coverage, and warranty terms — before we even discuss an install date. The scope is your contract. If it's not on the scope, it doesn't happen.

  • Scope document delivered before scheduling
  • Equipment substitution requires written approval
  • Scope is attached to your order record and your warranty
  • No surprise day-of changes without your consent
Guarantee N°02

Your other quotes, reviewed for free — before you decide.

Most homeowners don't know what they're comparing when they get three HVAC quotes. We do. If you have quotes from other contractors, bring them. We'll go through them line by line.

  • Equipment spec checkWe verify the model numbers quoted are real, are correctly sized, and are current-generation — not discontinued stock being cleared out.
  • Labor and permit auditWe check whether the quote includes permit fees, who is pulling the permit, and what labor coverage (if any) exists after install day.
  • Warranty gap analysisManufacturer parts and labor coverage are two different things. We flag the gap and explain what your recourse is if the labor warranty issuer goes out of business.
Guarantee N°03

We only take jobs we can actually service.

Some HVAC platforms accept your lead, sell it to the highest bidder in a 200-mile radius, and call it done. We don't. We only operate inside eight Florida counties — Hillsborough, Pinellas, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Polk, Pasco, and Sarasota — and we only take work where we have a licensed crew and an established service network.

If your zip code isn't in our service territory, we say so immediately. No bait-and-switch, no auction, no lead-gen flipping.

  • Your information goes to one install team — ours
  • Physical presence and service capacity in every county we serve
  • We'll tell you immediately if you're out of range
  • No third-party lead marketplaces
Guarantee N°04

A real person answers the phone. Every time.

Mon–Fri 8am–8pm ET. Sat–Sun 9am–5pm ET. After hours: 2-hour callback. No offshore call center. No voicemail maze. No ‘your call is important to us.’

  • Direct line to your projectOnce you're in the system, you have a direct contact for your install team — not a generic support queue.
  • No calls dodgedIf something goes wrong post-install, we pick up the phone. We've removed systems. We've issued refunds. We'll do it again before we'll dodge a call.
  • Lifetime supportYou bought it from us. That means we take care of you — not for 90 days, not for a year, for the life of the relationship.
Why this matters

The 'tail-light warranty' problem.

Before guarantee five, it's worth understanding why the licensed-and-insured language matters more than most homeowners realize.

A tail-light warranty is one issued by the contractor themselves — no insurance backing, no third-party underwriter. When you see the truck's tail lights pulling out of your driveway, the warranty is only as good as that company's continued existence. An estimated 30%+ of Florida HVAC contractors don't outlive a single 10-year labor warranty period. Contractors close, rename, or file bankruptcy — and your warranty disappears with them.

Ours is different. Our extended labor warranty is an insurance product underwritten by a Florida-licensed insurance carrier — so your coverage doesn't disappear with the installer. Transferable on home sale. Survives any individual contractor going out of business. The distinction is not legal fine print — it's the difference between a warranty that actually pays and one that exists on paper.
