I have used Climate Control Services going on three years. I am in their membership program where you get priority and where they do a yearly service. They are a fantastic company who stands behind their work. Today, I had the technician Renaud who serviced my unit and did a great job of identifying an issue that needed to be fixed (a capacitor) and just did the yearly service and found no other issues due to my maintaining every year. Also, a shout out to Tom Miller who also helped with the transaction back at the home office. They offered a fair price and are the nicest most professional people. Highly recommend.

Please give you a favor and stay way from this company. They are so unprofessional and the service is absolutely terrible. Teh AI they have is aweful and very hard to speak to someone live. Not only they didnt fix the issue but they requested a big amount of money for doing anything. They used to be good back in the day not anymore..please stay away from them!!!!
