Cancel any time. We mean it.
Buying a new HVAC system is a $15,000–$30,000 decision. You deserve to think about it without anyone breathing down your neck. Here's exactly what happens when you cancel — before, during, or after installation.
- Your refundable reservation deposit ($500 or $1,000 depending on tier)
- Any balance paid if installation has not yet begun
- Any add-ons purchased at checkout that are still uninstalled
- Your assigned installer, schedule, and locked-in pricing
Cancellation windows
Before installation day
Cancel for any reason (or no reason) and receive a full refund of your deposit and any balance paid. No restocking fee. No phone call required — just email cancel@newhvacdeals.com or tap Cancel in your customer portal.
48-hour cooling-off window
Regardless of scheduled install date, you have at least 48 hours from the moment you reserve to change your mind with zero questions asked. This window exists on top of the general cancellation right above.
Installation day — before work begins
Still 100% refundable. Our crew has not started work, so neither have the costs we can't recover.
During installation
Refund minus documented labor and materials already consumed. In practice this is rare — if you're unhappy during install, we stop and talk before continuing.
After installation
Our 2-year 100% satisfaction guarantee kicks in. If anything goes wrong, we fix it, replace it, or refund you — your choice. The 10-year parts and labor warranty applies after that.
How to cancel
- Email cancel@newhvacdeals.com with your order ID — no reason required.
- Or call (813) 217-3600 — humans, 24/7.
- We confirm within 1 business hour and initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Stripe refunds typically land in 5–10 business days. We don't hold your money — Stripe releases it directly to you.
